Name: His name is Nekura Soudou. (Dark Spirited Rebellion)
Alias/Nickname(s): His alias' are Akurei, Evil Spirit of the Mist.
Height: The male reaches the height of five foot, and eleven inches.
Weight: Nekura weighs one hundred and sixty three pounds.
Age: He is the ripe age of twenty one.
Gender: Nekura is of the male persuasion.
Body type/Condition:Nekura has a very lithe body structure, yet he is muscular to the point of not ruining his overall physique.
Physical Abilities/ Limitations: Nekura is like the rare few Shinobi, through hard work he has gained the ability to perform the most difficult tasks. He conquers S-Ranked missions quite easily and without fail since he has worked so hard. Yet, as stated below, he still can succumb to his former frailties though they are rare.
Physical Ailments: At first, Nekura was born as a very frail child, but as time passed, he strengthened his body as well as his mind. However, at times he still does succumb to what frailties he had when he was young. So at certain points in time, he tends to collapse, cough up a small amount of blood or just 'fade from existence' for brief moments in time.
Physical Imperfections: His bone structure has become stable since his youth, yet at times it can give out on him. Otherwise he looks perfect.

Clothing Style: Underneath his black and grey edged vest, Nekura wears a tight dark green kimono that extends to his elbows and beyond that he has a pair of red fingerless gloves that extends to the beginning of his elbow. The fabric of his vest is light and made of cloth, but the kimono is made of a slightly thicker fabric that is hard to tear and is also lightweight. His gloves protect his hands from the induction of his storm based abilities that require the use of his hands and they also enhance said abilities two-fold (Cloth obtained from Kirigakure's witch market and other illegally obtained from the forbidden island right before he went to kill the Mizukage.). His leggings are a harder fabric to tear than his kimono and would require somewhat of a moderate force from perhaps a strong dagger forcefully tearing through the cloth. A pair of sandals either cloth or the traditional Japanese wooden ones could be seen on his feet. (cloth during the day and wooden during the evening and night.

Eye Colour: His eyes are a Sea green that change to a Crimson Red when in the heat of battle.
Hair colour: Nekura's hair is originally a dark brown that changes to silver color.

Description: This is one of the blades that could be found on the forbidden island within the land of Kirigakure no Sato. (See the picture for the appearance). When Nekura begins using his Kekkei Genkai, the blade begins to shine brightly and begin emanating a wind-like pulse around it. The longer his KG is in use, the stronger the winds become. That, however was Nekura’s own power after his KG awakened after he was holding a weapon. The sword amplifies the male’s power and causes the the essence of his chakra to darken naturally, but at the cost of his sanity…

History/Background:


Prelude

It was a new age of ninja, the numbers, and title for the Kages had ceased after the age of Sir Naruto and Sir Sasuke. No one went by those monarchical titles any longer and just simply had leaders. All seemed peaceful within the land of ninja. That was until the arguments broke out when tyrannical leaders assassinated and took the place of the previous leaders. Each of the lands declared war on one another just to capture the Bijuu for themselves. However, one nation was not involved in this war and that place just happened to be the water country of Kirigakure.

There were many reasons as to why this nation was not brought into the war. Despite them not having a Bijuu of their own, they also are quite a ways away from the mainland thus hindering their ability to effectively take part in the war without over exerting themselves. However, there was a war breaking out within the country. It was more of a repeat of the days of the Bloody Mist. No man or woman dare venture in to the land less they want to feel the wrath of the new seven swordsmen of the mist.

Ages ago, a cheery old Mizukage who had the strength of a god gave up the tradition of having students fight each other and kill each other over rank for the country’s own good. He sadly died to illness before another took his place. This person was harsher and was the first Mizukage to lead the nation back in to its primal state. It took twenty years and that Kage’s death for his dream to come to fruition. The age of the bloody mist had returned.

Chapter 1: Understanding

During the same day that that ruling was reinstituted; a boy with a few very special traits was brought in to the world. When he was brought from the womb, a strange marking bore itself atop the baby’s head. As the infant grew, the mark disappeared and his hair grew to be a dark brown while eyes seemed to be a sea green colour. His parents found this odd as neither of them had anything in common with the child besides the mere colour of their eyes.

The kid grew up being different and his anger was swiftly shown with the changing colour of his hair. The people of Kirigakure loved to pick on him and make him feel like crap. Since this was during the days of the bloody mist; Nekura was properly able to express his anger in the assassination of his classmates. After a short while, Nekura’s assassinated his entire class. That day also happened to be Nekura’s eleventh birthday. His parents actually came to pick him up from the complex that day so that they could take him out as a celebration of his graduation of the academy. However, once the arrived all that they could see for miles were dead corpses. The parents feared for their child’s safety. The mother’s tears already beat upon the cold, moist pebbles below. The father’s eyes burned with nothing but pure anger. That is when they ran their way in to the building and only found the boy standing there with a kunai slowly approaching the teacher. Click, click, click went his shoes as he made his way closer to the teacher. A slow moving whirlwind seemed to encase the weapon. “Nekura…?” His mother called out to him; the boy didn’t respond. “….Nekura!” His father was the next to shout out his name and still there was no response. The boy appeared to be in some form of semi-conscious trance. It could’ve possibly be from the shock of serving his first of many kills and he just went insane after that.

He was so young and so innocent… and he was turned into a murderer at such a young age. It caused his father to shed his first tears in years. The boy raised his kunai at the cowering teacher, but the father tackling his son to the ground canceled the boy’s actions upon the downswing when he attempted to lay the finishing blow to the already wounded teacher. “Nekura, Snap out of it!” Nekura’s father took both of his arms and slammed the boy’s body into the ground to try and get him to his proper sense of self. A small tear drop hit the ground right next to the boy which quickly snapped him out of his daze. Nekura blinked a few times to only drop the kunai then notice everything around him. Crimson red liquid stained the ground, his uncut hair changed colour from that lovely brown to a ivory shade with a few spots of red here and there from the people he killed. The boy was beginning to panic and had no idea what to do. Suddenly he burst into tears and clenched on to his father’s vest. His face immediately buried itself into the man’s chest. “Daddy!” he cried out. “It’ll be alright Nekura…” Nekura’s father clenched tightly to the boy’s frame. All the mother could do was watch in shock. She just couldn’t believe that her son was a killer now. She at least expected him to go against the newly reinstalled traditions that gave Kirigakure the nickname “The Bloody Mist.” No, she didn’t lose hope in her baby boy, there was no way a kind, and loving mother could do such a thing to her child.

Chidori – Thousand Birds

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

Chidori Eisou – Thousand Birds Sharp Spear

Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending spear of lightning. Though unstated, this spear probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.

Description: Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

Raigou Senjusatsu - Amida Buddha's Welcoming One Thousand Arms of Death

Description: Raigou Senjusatsu is a technique developed by Chiriku, the Fire Temple monk. The monks were practitioners of "Senzoku no Sai", the Sage Ability which granted them enlightenment. Chiriku and Asuma used this ability to focus their energy through the spectral Amida Buddha. By remaining still and forming their meditative positions, they can cause the Buddha to grow numerous arms which can strike out against their target. By focusing power, Chiriku could cause the Amida to change form and strike with greater impact.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique

Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Gentoushin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique created by Pain and used by Akatsuki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. By forming the needed hand-seal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination jutsu like the Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted

Learned: During the time that he had spent with the Mizukage gaining her trust, she accidentally told him where the scroll was to learn the sealing jutsu is. After mastering it to a certain point, he began developing his own style.
Description: Darkness, light; power, glory. All mixed into one graceful movement that could be claimed to be as beautiful as the holy one himself. His strokes precise while his hand becomes filled with the chakra of wind and lightning. When this comes in contact with a powerful being such as a bijuu in its weakened state of course; it is meant to basically draw the chakra when the hand is scarred across the being's flesh and place it within another object. The drawback with this ability is that it consumes a massive amount of chakra due to one having to basically drag that immense amount of chakra by one's self and place it into another object while expending his or her own energy.

Dependent on how strong the monstrosity is, the mark seal will change.

Description: This is something that Nekura developed since he was about the age of seventeen. After being taught the various types of Chidori techniques by his father, he ended up developing one type that incorporated his kekkei genkai. All the male has to do is activate said jutsu by making a hand seal that resembles something between the rooster and the tiger. From that point on, the Jutsu begins to flow like his typical. (This excludes Chidori Nagashi for it is meant to just shock everything around the owner.)

Description: With the use of his/her KG, one is able to create a condensed sphere of water with a heavy lightning energy rapidly moving within. When this ball is touched, it generally results in a miniature storm being created within a fourth of a mile radius. The user can however use this to his advantage to vault himself up in to the air with the use of the rat’s hand-seal. The compressed lightning and water will explode however, but cause little to no damage to the users feet unless they were for some reason barefoot.

Description: Taking one of the storm spheres, the male causes it to levitate it high above the clouds and from there it begins spinning rapidly. It takes a few minutes then it begins to multiply and soon a large storm would ensue. This allows for a majority of the users moves to take place along with it should make the opponent more wary of their surrounds as the lightning that strikes down will be aimed more so towards them.
