| Custom Jutsu Custom jutsu are created from the viewpoint of the puppeteer of the character. By combining different elements, you can make so many different types of jutsu and elements, such as the Crystal element, the Boil element and many others.The Guidelines. 1. It cannot be overpowered.
2. It has to make sense - no "Ice comes from everywhere."
3. Max of 10 created period.
4. Unless its taught, only the user can use the jutsu.

If taught the person must be able to use that rank of jutsu in order to learn it. Only the original creator can teach the jutsu. i.e. Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha.
5. You can not create jutsu above the rank you can perform.The Application Simple really, all you will have to do is fill out this form.
1.) Name: Get an English name first, and if you want, a Japanese version of the name as well.
2.) Rank: E, D, C, B, A, S rank. Pay attention to what you can do.
3.) Type: Attack, Defense, Supplementary.
4.) Learned: How was it learned.
5.) Requirements: Do you need to stand on water? Do you need a clone?
6.) Range: Short, Mid, Long.
